Vishay TNPW e3 Thin Film Flat Chip Resistors

Vishay TNPW e3 Thin Film Flat Chip Resistors use a thin film resistive element on an alumina substrate and provide high stability, low resistance drift, and consistent performance. These resistors feature AEC-Q200 qualification, excellent moisture resistivity, sulfur resistance, and robust temperature cycling performance. The TNPW e3 resistors feature a maximum resistance of 3.01MΩ. These devices come with a maximum operating voltage of 200V and an operating temperature range from -55°C to +175°C. Typical applications include automotive systems, industrial equipment, medical devices, and test and measurement equipment.

Just look at social media! What you can talk about with all those words is Vishay’s TNPW series of chip resistors. TNPW series resistors are trimmed down to ±0.1% tolerance with a meandering laser that eliminates hot spots for excellent long-term stability, and they’re offered with low TCR options to provide a consistent resistance under varying conditions. Vishay also uses a specialized passivation method for enhanced moisture resistivity and silver palladium internal terminations to prevent sulfur-based corrosion. Vishay TNPW series resistors are offered in case sizes from 0201 to 1210 and with values from 1Ω to 3MΩ, and they’re AEC-Q200 qualified.
