Vishay TFPT Series Temperature Sensors are available in 0603, 0805, and 1206 case sizes and with either RoHS-compliant or Tin/Lead terminations. The tracking accuracy of the TFPT reduces resistance drift in extreme temperature cycling situations and allows designers to obtain precise performance with fewer components. The positive linear Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR) further simplifies circuit designs and provides a more secure “failure” mode behavior. These sensors are ideal for applications requiring accuracy and stability over the life of the component.
