Vishay DLA 13017 Series Wet Tantalum Capacitors provide all the advantages of Vishay’s SuperTan series devices while offering improved reverse voltage, thermal shock, and high vibration capabilities. These devices have improved performance and high reliability design. These capacitors have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +85°C, a reverse voltage of 1.5V at +85°C, improved vibration (sine: 50g; random: 27.7g) capability, and improved thermal shock of 300 cycles. The DLA 13017 series capacitors are designed for avionics and aerospace applications.
