Vishay Sprague T95 Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors

Vishay Sprague T95 Tantalum Chip Capacitors are designed for high-reliability applications, including safety-critical avionics and military systems. These capacitors offer a capacitance range from 0.1µF to 680µF and a voltage range from 4V to 50V. These capacitors provide options for low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), with values down to 0.055Ω at +25°C and 100kHz.The capacitors undergo surge current testing per MIL-PRF-55365 and include high-reliability screening such as Weibull grading. These capacitors are available in standard and low ESR versions and can have terminations of SnPb or 100% tin. The capacitors are conformal-coated and are moisture sensitivity level 2a compliant. The T95 series offers flexibility in capacitance and voltage ratings while ensuring performance in demanding environments.
