Vishay SSx Series Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are AEC-Q101-qualified devices designed to guard overvoltage protection. The Schottky Barrier Rectifiers feature a low profile package, low power loss, high efficiency, and low forward voltage drop. These SSx rectifiers meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, and LF maximum peak of 260°C. The surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifiers are ideally used in low-voltage inverters, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection.

The SS12 Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers operate at 20V repetitive peak reverse voltage and -65°C to +150°C temperature range. The SS12P4C High Current Density Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers operate at 40V repetitive peak reverse voltage and -55°C to +125°C temperature range. The SS12P2L and SS12P3L High Current Density Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers operate at 20V (SS12P2L), 30V (SS12P3L) repetitive peak reverse voltage, and -55°C to +150°C temperature range.
