Vishay SQ Automotive P-Channel MOSFETs

Vishay SQ Automotive P-Channel MOSFETs are AECQ101-qualified, halogen-free devices, compliant with IEC 61249-2-21 specifications. These P-Channel MOSFETs are defined by their TrenchFET Power MOSFET design and are packaged to minimize thermal resistance. The SQ MOSFETs can operate within the temperature range from -55°C to +175°C with a maximum power dissipation of 600W.
