Vishay SOD-323 Package Small Signal Schottky Diodes
Vishay SOD-323 Package Small Signal Schottky Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and have fast switching capabilities. SOD-323 package schottky diodes are offered in SD101AWS, SD101BWS, SD101CWS, SD103AWS, SD103BWS, SD103CWS, BAT42WS, BAT43WS, and BAT54WS series variants. RoHS-complaint SOD-323 package schottky diodes are shielded by a PN junction guard ring. The SD101x and SD103x series schottky diodes feature a low forward voltage drop, while the BAT4x and BAT54WS series schottky diodes feature a very low turn-on voltage.
The SOD-323 package diodes offer an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. Typical applications include microwave systems, high-speed data communication, and voltage rectifier circuits.
