Vishay Radial Leaded PTC Nickel Thin Film Linear Thermistors use nickel thin film resistor technology as thermal sensitive material. These thermistors comprise of a thin film ceramic chip with two tinned copper-clad steel wire leads. The radial-leaded PTC nickel thin film linear thermistors offer high stability over the entire temperature change. These have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +70°C at rated power. Typical applications include temperature measurement, sensing, compensation, and control in industrial and consumer applications.
