Vishay TEMD10x Silicon PIN Photodiodes
Vishay Semiconductors TEMD10x Series Silicon PIN Photodiodes provide high radiant sensitivity and fast response in a compact black surface-mount plastic package with an integrated lens and daylight-blocking filter. These RoHS-compliant photodiodes measure 2.5mm × 2mm × 2.7mm and offer a 0.23mm² radiant-sensitive area with a ±15° angle of half sensitivity. The series supports an operating temperature range from –40°C to +85°C. Typical applications include high-speed infrared detection and free-air data transmission systems.
