Vishay MSS1P2L/3L Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers

Vishay MSS1P2L/3L Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers have a low-profile package and feature low forward voltage drop, high efficiency, and low power losses. The rectifiers have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. These rectifiers are lead-free, halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and AEC-Q101 qualified. The Surface-Mount Schottky barrier rectifiers are available in 1A and 2A devices with MicroSMP (DO-219AD) package. These rectifiers find applications in high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection diodes for commercial, industrial, and automotive processes.
