Vishay M39003 Solid-Electrolyte TANTALEX Capacitors are hermetically sealed, metal case and axial leaded tubular capacitors manufactured based on military style. These capacitors are available in M39003/01, M39003/03 and M39003/09, based on military styles CSR13, CSR23 and CSR21 respectively. These capacitors are furnished to the requirements of the military specification, including marking, testing, and inspection. The capacitors have failure rates (expressed in percent per 1000 hours) based on exponential and Weibull distribution. M39003 capacitors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and find application in the medical, military, and space industries.
