Vishay Infrared Emitters

Vishay Infrared Emitters are a diverse selection of high-power, high-speed infrared chips designed for a wide range of uses.  These emitters provide a broad selection of chips that operate at wavelengths of 830 nm, 850 nm, 870 nm, 890 nm, 940 nm, and 950 nm, along with a wide range of surface emitters engineered to deliver superior radiant intensities. The Infrared Emitters operate within a temperature range from -25°C to +125°C and an angle of half intensity of ±75°. These components offer forward current from 65mA to 1500mA and maximum radiant power of 1450mW. Typical applications include automotive sensors, eye tracking, infrared remote control units, IR touch panels, and photointerrupters.
