Vishay IHTH High Current Through-Hole Inductors are automotive-grade devices designed for high-temperature and high-current operation in power conversion applications. These inductors supports operating frequencies up to 10MHz and handles high transient current spikes without hard saturation. IHTH inductors are available in 0750, 1125, and 1500 case sizes with inductance values from 0.47µH to 100µH and rated currents up to 125A. These inductors use a shielded composite construction to reduce audible noise and are RoHS compliant, 100% lead (Pb)-free, and AEC-Q200 qualified. Typical applications include voltage regulator modules (VRM), DC-DC converters, point-of-load converters, high-current power supplies, and distributed power systems in automotive, server, and computing platforms.
