Vishay HEXFRED Ultrafast Soft Recovery Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors HEXFRED Ultrafast Soft Recovery Diodes come with an electrically isolated base plate and provide a large creepage distance between terminals. The HEXFRED ultrafast soft recovery diodes are UL-approved and are designed using simplified mechanics for rapid assembly. These diodes can operate at temperatures ranging from -55°C to +150°C and offer an RMS isolation voltage of 2500V.
