Vishay General Purpose Plastic Rectifiers
Vishay General Purpose Plastic Rectifiers feature a glass passivated chip junction and a Superectifier structure, enabling high efficiency and reliability. The general purpose plastic rectifiers offer low forward voltage drop and high forward surge capability. These plastic rectifiers have a maximum average forward current of 1A and a very low leakage current. The general purpose plastic rectifiers operate over a maximum DC blocking voltage range from 50V to 1000V and a temperature range from -50°C to +150°C. These rectifiers are UL 94 V-0 certified and are ideal for various applications, including converters, freewheeling diodes, inverters, and power supplies.
