Vishay CMF Military RN and RL Metal Film Resistors
Vishay CMF Military RN and RL Metal Film Resistors are precision axial resistors qualified to MIL-R-10509 (Type RN) and MIL-PRF-22684 (Type RL) standards. These resistors feature very low noise performance of -40dB, a low voltage coefficient of 5ppm/V, and controlled temperature coefficients for enhanced stability. The RN and RL metal film resistors operate within a temperature range from -65°C to +175°C and a maximum working voltage range from 200V to 500V. These components provide a maximum dielectric strength of 900Vac, and resistors also have a flame-retardant epoxy coating. Typical applications include high-reliability systems, high-stability circuits, defense electronics and precision measurement equipment.
