Vishay BZX884L Small Signal Zener Diodes

Vishay BZX884L Small Signal Zener Diodes have low leakage current and low noise. These diodes provide excellent stability and are surge-rated. The BZX884L diodes have a Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with visible and sidewall plated/wettable flanks. The small signal zener diodes have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and have a zener voltage tolerance of ±2%. These diodes are used in applications where small currents or high frequencies are necessary, like in TV, radio, and digital logic circuits. The diodes are also used in snubbers, rectifiers, limiters, and wave-shaping circuits.
