Vishay Automotive Photovoltaic MOSFET Drivers
Vishay Automotive Photovoltaic MOSFET Drivers feature an integrated circuit that turns off the MOSFET quickly. These automotive-qualified devices draw the necessary current for their internal operation from the infrared emitter on the low-voltage primary side of the isolation barrier. The VOMDA1271 series offers an isolation test voltage of 3750VRMS and operates from -40°C to +125°C temperature range. These photovoltaic units find use in applications such as automotive pre-charge relays, power wall chargers, gate drivers, and custom solid-state relays.
