Vishay 597D TANTAMOUNT Chip Capacitors are solid tantalum surface-mount capacitors that feature a conformal-coated construction, ultra-low ESR, and maximum CV performance for high-capacitance designs. These capacitors provide 100% surge current testing, moisture sensitivity level 2a, and surface-mount compatibility for compact electronic assemblies. The 597D chip capacitors feature a capacitance range from 10μF to 2200μF and a voltage rating range from 4Vdc to 75Vdc.
