Vishay 597D TANTAMOUNT Tantalum Chip Capacitors feature a dual anode tantalum construction with nine available case sizes. These capacitors have terminations made of 100% tin, with an option for tin/lead. The 597D capacitors are designed for surface mounting and offer low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) and low inductance. These capacitors can handle ripple currents up to 3.7A and are tested for surge currents. The capacitors are moisture sensitive level 2a. These TANTAMOUNT capacitors support high capacitance values from 10μF to 2200μF, providing a high density packaging option for SMD tantalum capacitors.
