Vishay 293D Series Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors
Vishay 293D Series Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors are designed specifically for high volume, highly automated surface mount manufacturing processes. Available in six EIA standard case sizes and are optical character recognition qualified. The EIA QC300801/US001 and 535BAAC standards are met or exceeded by the 293D series. Typical lead termination finishes are 100% tin, with alternatives for 60/40 tin/lead and gold plating. Voltage rating options are 4WVDC to 75WVDC with capacitances available from 0.10μF to 1000μF. Both 10% and 20% tolerances are standard options. The devices are rated for an extended -55°C to +85°C operating temperature range and a derating temperature of +125°C. Standard packaging of the 293D is tape and reel per EIA-481-1.
