Vishay 199D TANTALEX Tantalum Capacitors are resin-coated, radial-leaded devices designed to deliver reliable performance with low leakage current and low dissipation factor. These capacitors are available in six miniature case sizes and multiple lead-style configurations, providing design flexibility and serving as replacements for Vishay Sprague 196D capacitors. The 199D TANTALEX tantalum capacitors operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +85°C, with operation up to +125°C, and provide capacitance tolerances of ±20% and ±10% standard, with ±5% available as a special order. These capacitors are supplied in bulk, tape-and-reel, and tape/ammo box packaging compliant with EIA-468 standards and include standard ratings that replace Vishay Sprague 196D capacitors.
