Vishay 10MBd Single and Dual High Speed Optocouplers
Vishay 10MBd Single Channel (6N137, VO2601, and VO2611) High-Speed Optocouplers have a highly efficient input LED and an integrated optical photodiode IC detector. Compared to an open collector Schottky clamped transistor output, the detector's open drain NMOS output offers reduced leakage. The VO2630, VO2631, and VO4661 are dual channel 10MBd optocouplers. The enable function on pin 7 of the single-channel optocouplers enables strobing the detector. For the VO2601 and VO2631, the internal shield guarantees common mode transient immunity at 5kV/s and 15kV/s for the VO2611 and VO4661. These high-speed optocouplers are typically used in computer peripheral interfaces, digital control power supply, ground loop elimination, noise isolation, and multiplexed data transmission.
