Vishay NTCALUG01T Series NTC Thermistors are standard lug sensors with NTC chips soldered to AWG26 multi-stranded silver-plated copper leads with ETFE insulation and epoxy coating. The insulated sensor is attached to a tin-plated copper ring lug using a buffer layer, with twisted lead wires for mechanical stability. These thermistors support long-term operation up to +150°C (5,000 hours dry heat), are rated for 600VRMS with a 3.4kV cable test voltage, and meet NEMA HP-3 type Z requirements. The series is AEC-Q200 qualified (Grade 1) and cULus recognized (File E148885). Typical applications include surface temperature sensing requiring electrical insulation and chassis thermal contact, such as automotive equipment, EV and battery management systems, power electronics and heat sinks, and consumer appliances.
