Vishay IGBT Power Modules
Vishay IGBT Power Modules are designed as single switches and choppers, making them well-suited for high-frequency power systems. These high voltage IGBT modules incorporate HEXFRED and FRED Pt diode technologies and comply with applicable UL standards. The IGBT Power Modules are available in the standard SOT-227 package and provide voltage ratings of 600V / 650V and 1200V. These devices support switching frequencies ranging from 1kHz to 150kHz and offer a maximum current rating of 600A. Typical applications include induction heating, solar inverters, SMPS, power factor correction, UPS, and TIG welding.
