Vishay General Semiconductor MSS1P Schottky Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor MSS1P Schottky Rectifiers come in a MicroSMP package with a junction-to-lead thermal resistance of 30°C/W for rectifiers and 20°C/W for TVS diodes. These rectifiers handle a forward surge current of 25A for an 8.3ms pulse. The rectifiers are used for secondary rectification, freewheeling diode functions, and polarity protection in miniature AC-to-DC and DC-to-DC converters, as well as in portable electronics like digital cameras and cellular phones. These rectifiers protect power and signal lines in microprocessors and logic circuits and are used for high-power voltage regulation in automotive and industrial systems. The MSS1P rectifiers have a typical height of 0.65mm, are suitable for automated placement, and offer low forward voltage drop and power losses.
