Vishay CH Thin Film Chip Resistors

Vishay CH Series Thin Film Chip Resistors are designed for high-frequency applications with an operating frequency of up to 70GHz. The CH chip resistors are available in flip-chip, wraparound, or one-face termination styles and offer a resistance range from 10Ω to 500Ω. These resistors have minimal internal reactance, with an LC as low as 1x10-24, and are available in 0402, 0603, and 02016 chip sizes. Typical applications include radars, optical communications, and automotive.

When people get stressed, they tend to get noisy and burn a lot of energy doing nothing. That’s kind of like standard resistors, but Vishay’s CH Series High Frequency Thin Film Chip Resistors are designed specifically to minimize internal reactance and operate at frequencies as high as 70GHz. This enables the resistors to function as almost pure resistors and makes them ideal for very high frequency applications, such as millimeter-wave 5G networks and radar applications.

CH series resistors are offered from 10Ω to 500Ω with flip-chip, wraparound, or one-face terminations and sizes as small as 02016. The CH02016 Flip Chip model is AEC-Q200-qualified allowing it to be used in automotive applications as well. The resistors also offer low TCR for stable performance over their negative -55°C to positive +155°C operating range.
