Vishay AU1Px Surface Mount Ultrafast Avalanche Rectifiers feature a glass passivated pellet chip junction and are AEC-Q101 qualified and RoHS compliant. The surface mount ultrafast avalanche rectifiers have an average forward current of 1A and a reverse current of 1μA. They are mainly used in high-temperature secondary rectification and freewheeling for ultrafast switching speeds of AC/DC and DC/AC converters in consumer and automotive applications.
