LH1546AEF Solid State Relays are robust and ideal for telecom and ground fault applications. These relays are SPST normally open switches (1 form A) that replace electromechanical relays in many applications. This relay is constructed using a GaAs LED for actuation control and MOSFETs for the switch output. These employ a current-limiting circuitry that meets lightning surge testing as per ANSI/TIA-968-B and other regulatory voltage surge requirements when overvoltage protection is provided.
