Vishay Semiconductors PowerPAK SC-70 Power MOSFETs are available in a number of configurations and voltage ratings, including single, single plus Schottky, and dual devices, n-channel, and p-channel, to n- and p-channel complementary pairs. These MOSFETs combine the reduced footprint of SC-70 package with on-resistance similar to the larger TSOP-6, while being 27% thinner. The MOSFETs operate over a voltage range from 8V and 30V with extremely low on-resistance values down to 0.011Ω at 4.5V.
