Vishay / Sprague TP3 Tantamount Molded Case Capacitors are solid tantalum surface mount capacitors with a molded case available in five case codes and high ripple current carrying capability. These SMD, high-performance TP3 series capacitors have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, low ESR, compatibility with 'High Volume' automatic pick and place equipment, AEC-Q200 qualification, and compliant terminations. The capacitors meet EIA 535BAAC and RoHS compliance with directive 2002/95/EC. The capacitance range for TP3 capacitors is 0.10µF to 470µF.
