Vishay T16 Series Wet Tantalum Capacitors offer enhanced performance with a reverse voltage of 1.5V at +85°C and a high-reliability design with improved vibration, thermal shock, and mechanical shock capabilities. The T16 series operates over a temperature range of - 55°C to +85°C, to +125°C with voltage derating, and provides low ESR down to 0.70Ω at 120Hz and +25 °C. The capacitors feature standard tin or lead terminations, with RoHS-compliant 100% tin terminations available, and are offered with standard and extended ratings. Applications include avionics, military, and space.
