Vishay RCL Long Side Termination Thick Film Resistors combine wide terminals (reverse geometry) that enable high power dissipation with small case sizes that save space on densely packed PCBs. This allows a higher number of temperature cycles, thus improving solder-joint reliability for automotive electronic circuits and general-purpose applications. RCL thick film resistors are available in sizes 0406, 0612, 1218, and 1225 with respective tolerance and TCR combinations of 1%, 100ppm/°C and 5%, 200ppm/°C. Typical applications include power electronics in industrial and automotive appliances.
