Vishay General Semiconductors 45V TMBS Trench MOS Barrier Schottky Rectifiers are low-profile, surface-mount rectifiers with a typical height of 1.1mm. These rectifiers combine high forward surge capability with low forward voltage drops down to 0.30V to minimize power losses. The rectifiers find use in solar bypass applications.
