The 89BSD pressure sensors are housed in 316L stainless steel and use a piezoresistive silicon element and silicone oil to transfer pressure, providing a 24-bit digital output via an I2C interface. These pressure sensors consume less than 1μA of power, offer a standby power usage of less than 0.15μA, and operate within a supply voltage range of 1.8VDC to 3.6VDC.
