These load cells feature MEAS’ proprietary Microfused technology which employs micromachined silicon piezoresistive strain gages fused with high-temperature glass to a high-performance stainless steel substrate. The load cells measure direct force and do not experience lead-die fatigue failure. FS20 load cells find applications in weighing, contact sensing, and robotic end-effectors.
