Vishay Sprague 593D Series TANTAMOUNT Solid Tantalum Capacitors are chip capacitors with a molded case and surface-mount design. These capacitors offer a capacitance range from 0.47μF to 680μF with voltage ratings from 4Vdc to 50Vdc. The 593D TANTAMOUNT capacitors operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, with voltage derating required above +85°C. These tantalum capacitors are available in five case sizes (A to E) and surge tested for C, D, and E sizes. The 593D series capacitors are compliant with EIA-717 standards and compatible with automated assembly processes.
