Rohm Semiconductor Automotive IPD Power Switches
ROHM Semiconductor Automotive IPD Power Switches combine a low ON-resistance MOSFET with multiple protection circuits on a single chip, providing low power loss, high efficiency, stable performance, and reliable operation. These automotive-grade switches are available as low-side or high-side switch ICs. The Automotive IPD switches offer a maximum ON resistance of 700mΩ and a voltage range from 3V to 36V. The switches are available in single-channel and multi-channel configurations for broad application compatibility. Typical applications include MOSFET and relay driving, as well as resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.
