Rohm Semiconductor Invisible Single and Multi Mode Laser Diodes
ROHM Semiconductor Invisible Single and Multi-Mode Diodes are available in 780nm, 820nm, 840nm, and 850nm with the industry standard of Φ5.6 metal stem. The rectilinearity, monochromaticity, coherence, condensation, and pulse response characteristics of laser light allow them to be used in optical discs (optical pickups: OPU), laser printers, multi-function equipment, and more. ROHM Semiconductor laser diodes have been increasingly used as light sources for triangulation, ToF (Time of Flight), and LiDAR, with the development of laser diodes for sensing applications expected in the near future. ROHM offers a broad lineup of laser diodes optimized for a wide range of applications.
