ROHM Semiconductor LDO Voltage Regulators are standard fixed output LDO regulators with low-saturation regulators available for outputs up to 2A/1A. These regulators feature a broad output voltage range and come in various package options, with or without shutdown switches. They are equipped with several protective circuits: an overcurrent protection circuit to prevent IC destruction from output short circuits, a thermal shutdown circuit to safeguard the ICs from damage due to overloading, and an overvoltage protection circuit to shield against surges in the power supply line.
