ORV3 Universal AC Input Connectors
Positronic OCP-Compliant ORV3 Universal AC Input Connectors are designed for power management in the power shelf, the server, and other aspects of power management. The ORV3 connectors come in power to the board and D-sub contact versions and are available in male PCB and female crimp connector varieties. These ORV3 connectors support wire gauges ranging from 8AWG to 12AWG and voltage ranging from 100V AC to 1kV AC.

The Amphenol Positronic Open Commute Power OCP-Compliant Connectors, as the name suggests, are power connectors designed for use with AC voltages in compute applications such as datacenters and servers and comply with ORV3 specifications.
The connectors support wire gauges from 16 to 8 AWG, and provide up to 50 amps of current depending on the wire gauge used. The cable family includes pin contacts, cable housings, and a PCB connector that provides engineers with a 90-degree pin header. Additionally, the cable family can be terminated with various connections, including IEC cables, NEMA cables, and loose leads.
