PANDUIT Reel Smart Automated Termination System provides a safe, reliable, and efficient electrical termination system that has the flexibility of a single tooling applicator. The system’s automated design reduces manufacturing costs and risks, as well as improves maximum productivity and reliability.
The Reel Smart Terminal Product offers the most complete continuous molded plastic carrier offering in the industry, with over 300 ring forks, disconnects, and butt splices. The continuously molded carrier strip ensures the terminal is in the proper crimp location every time. This eliminates improper positioning of the terminal barrel which can lead to downtime.
These terminals are available in different variants and come in 22AWG to 10AWG wire range. The terminals come with metal insulation grip sleeve crimps to wire insulation that protects the crimp joints during high vibration applications. The terminals feature faster assembly for increased production and superior wire connection point for secure electrical terminations.

Designed for high-volume use, the Reel Smart Automated Termination System is able to crimp wires in less than one second, and with a selection of over 400 reel options, provides incredible versatility for any automated production line. Reels from Panduit can hold as many as 5000 pieces, and the standardization of the reels removes the need for adjusting feed stroke and position when feeding new crimps. Additionally, the use of a universal baseplate allows for the Panduit to be used with other commercial presses (including the Schleuniger electric press) which makes integration a breeze.
