NKK Switches M Series Miniature Toggle Switches
NKK Switches M Series Miniature Toggle Switches offer a feature called an anti-jamming design that protects contacts from damage due to excessive downward force on the actuator. These switches also come in a waterproof variant with a waterproof boot at the base of the toggle. The M Series Miniature Toggle also supports the anti-rotation design standard on non-cylindrical levers that mate the toggle and the bushing.
The high-insulating barriers of these toggles increase the isolation of circuits in multiple devices and provide added protection to the contact points. M Series Miniature Toggles have a molded diallyl phthalate case (UL flammability rate of 94V-0) and epoxy-sealed terminals to prevent the entry of solder flux and other contaminants. These series are available in bushing mount, bracket PC mount, and angle PC mount styles. The main applications of miniature toggles include air conditioning systems, domestic systems, and industrial power plants.

The toggles’ unique flat-sided design mates with the bushing to prevent rotation. M Series miniature toggles are available in various configurations from 1 to 4 poles with contact ratings up to 6A. They can be configured with various toggle sizes and styles, large or small bushings, and bushing mount, bracket PC mount, or angle PC mount variants. They feature a UL 94 V-0 flammability-rated case. Another M Series model is IP68 rated, dual sealed with a built-in waterproof boot at the base of the toggle.
