Nexperia BC846 Series NPN General Purpose Bipolar Transistors are available in SOT23, SOT323, and SOT416 (TO-236AB) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic packages. These transistors feature two different gain selections and operate at 150°C junction temperature. The BC846 transistors operate at 80V collector-base voltage, 65V collector-emitter voltage, and 6V emitter-base voltage rate. These NPN general-purpose transistors are ideally used in general-purpose switching and amplification.
