Nexperia Trench Schottky Rectifiers in CFP Packages
Nexperia Trench Schottky Rectifiers in Clip Flat Power (CFP) Packages are AEC-Q101 rated and meet the challenges and demands of efficiency and space designs. The trench Schottky rectifiers combine low forward voltage, reverse current, and very low Qrr to enable the highest efficiency at high switching speeds and ambient temperatures. These rectifiers are available in several clip-bond packages and have excellent power capabilities that offer a true alternative to SMA. These rectifiers also have a wide Safe Operating Area (SOA) and deliver extra safety margins and reduced risk of thermal runaway. The Schottky rectifiers are used in reverse polarity protection, automotive LED lighting, and freewheeling applications.
