Nexperia TL431 Series Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulators
Nexperia TL431 Series Adjustable Precision Shunt Regulators are AEC-Q100 qualified with low output noise. They are three-terminal voltage references with an output voltage range of 2.495V to 36V, to be set by two external resistors. These shunt regulators have a programmable output voltage of up to 36V and three different reference voltage tolerances: standard grade (2%), A-Grade (1%), and B-Grade (0.5%). Applications include isolated feedback loops for Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), precision current limiters and precision constant current sinks, and shunt regulators.
