Nexperia PSSI2021SAY Series LED Driver ICs

Nexperia PSSI2021SAY Series LED Lighting Driver ICs are integrated constant current sources built with a resistor-equipped PNP transistor and two diodes integrated in a compact SOT353 (SC-88A) package. These devices simplify design by combining multiple components into one package. The PSSI2021SAY LED ICs provide an adjustable output current range from 15µA to 50mA, set by an external resistor connected between pins 4 and 5.
