Nexperia Power MOSFETs
Nexperia Power MOSFETs offer a combination of switching performance and robustness. These MOSFETs feature copper-clip packages (LFPAK, CCPAK) and MLPAK (Micro Lead Package) that enhance performance and ruggedness. The MOSFETs are available from a maximum continuous current range from -98.6A to 505A and find applications in battery protection, primary side switches, and BLDC motor control.
