Nexperia PESD Series ESD Protection Diodes
Nexperia PESD Series ESD Protection Diodes feature high surge robustness and ultra-small SMD plastic package. The PESD Series ESD protection diodes are bidirectional and designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and other transients. These PESD Series ESD protection diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified. PESD ESD protection diodes offer ESD protection up to 30kV. Typical applications include NFC antenna protection, protection of high-speed data lines, ESD, and surge protection for interface lines.
