Nexperia NXS, NXB, and LSF AutoSense Transceivers
Nexperia NXS, NXB, and LSF AutoSense Transceivers provide voltage-level translation with automatic direction sensing. These devices enable bidirectional communication between systems with different supply voltages without requiring a direction control pin. The NXS, NXB, and LSF transceivers feature an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C and support auto-direction sensing. These devices deliver propagation delays of 0.7ns (LSF), 3.8ns (NXS), and 6ns (NXB) and are designed for low power consumption. Applications include automotive, industrial, telecom infrastructure, and portable consumer electronic systems.
