Nexperia MMBZ Series TVS Diodes
Nexperia MMBZ Series TVS Diodes are low capacitance Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection devices in a small SOD323 surface mount plastic package. These unidirectional diodes are designed for surge protection of interface and supply lines with high signal levels. The MMBZ series offer low clamping voltage and ultra-low leakage current. These AEC-Q101-qualified components provide ESD protection of up to 30kV and a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 24V. The MMBZ series TVS diodes are suitable on lines where the signal polarities are either positive or negative concerning ground. These diodes are ideal for computing, consumer, and industrial applications.
